Special Orders?

Can't find what you are looking for on our website? Chances are we might have it in our stores. Please call us at 1-877-358-3001 or fill out our Special Order Request Form. Please note that special orders are non-refundable and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fees.

Need to return an item?

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. It you need to make a return please send your package to:

We cannot accept COD. Please send your package with your receipt inside indicating which item you are returning.

You can also bring your return to our Keene location during our normal hours of operation. If you have a receipt we can issue you a full refund, without a receipt we will issue you a store credit. For more information see our return policy here.

Order arrived damaged?

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the box and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-877-358-3001 so we can instruct you on the proper method of handling the damaged merchandise. DO NOT return the merchandise to us before contacting us. Have a question about back-orders?

We try to make sure we have all our products instock; however, we do occasionally run out of stock on an item. If this is the case with your order, you will receive a back-order notice within 24 hours of placing your order. We will ship you the rest of your order as normal and will not charge your card for the back-ordered items. You will only be charged shipping once. Your back-order will ship out as soon as it arrives in stock. You can cancel an item on back-order at any time by calling us at 1-877-358-3001 or e-mail us at orders@cheshirehorse.com
