You can return or exchange purchases from The Cheshire Horse by mail or at our retail store in Swanzey, NH. Returns made by mail should be sent to the following address:

Please include proof of purchase and a completed Return Form. We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The Cheshire Horse is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. The Cheshire Horse will not accept COD deliveries. We will email you as soon as we receive your return and will refund or exchange your order within 2 business days. If you paid using a debit/check card, please be advised that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to post to your account.
If you are in the Keene, NH area you can return your order to our Swanzey, NH location at the address above. If you have the receipt for your purchase you can receive a full refund for your order. Without a reciept you can receive a store credit for the full amount of your order.
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the box and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-877-358-3001 so we can instruct you on the proper method of handling the damaged merchandise. Please do not return the damaged merchandise to us before contacting us.
Please note that special orders are non-refundable and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fees.
