Retail Sales Associate

Part- and full-time positions are available.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):
    • Provide personalized customer service in the store and over the phone.
    • If necessary, partner with management to ensure customers’ needs are met.
    • Inform customers of current promotions.
    • Courteously handle accurate sales, refund, and exchange transactions.
    • Develop and/or maintain store displays and merchandising.
    Desired skills and experience:
      • 1+ year(s) sales experience in a retail environment
      • Friendly, with excellent communication skills
      • Enthusiasm for horses, pets, and/or farm animals
      • Proficient computer skills
      • Ability to troubleshoot

      Retail Warehouse Associate

      Part- and full-time positions are available.

      Duties will include (but not be limited to):
        • Accurately load customer orders into their vehicles in our drive-through warehouse.
        • Record amounts of products received or distributed.
        • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
        • Assist with receiving and placement of merchandise on the sales floor.
        Desired skills and experience:
          • Friendly, with good communication skills
          • Close attention to detail
          • Horse, pet, and/or farm product knowledge
          • Must be able to routinely lift 50lbs
          • Valid driver's licese required
          • Forklift certification a plus

          Online Customer Service Associate

          A full-time customer service position is available. This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to promote loyalty.

          Duties will include (but not be limited to):
            • Provide personalized customer service, primarily via inbound phone calls and online messages regarding online orders
            • Confidently make informed product recommendations
            • If necessary, partner with management to ensure customers’ needs are met
            • Maintain customer records and follow up as needed
            • Monitor and inform customers of current promotions and customer loyalty program
            • Assist with some online maintenance tasks
            • Collaborate with e-commerce and shipping teams to identify opportunities for future growth
            Desired skills and experience:
              • 1+ year(s) customer service or sales experience
              • 1+ year(s) customer service or sales experience
              • Horse, pet, and/or farm product knowledge
              • Strong written and verbal communication skills
              • Excellent problem solving skills
              • Proficient computer skills

              • Previous equine related experience preferred
