The lightweight Horze Nevada Turnout Neck Cover without Padding attaches easily to the sheet with a simple snap. Velcro (TM) closures wrap gently around the neck. The coordinating Nevada Rain Sheet 24575 is sold separately. 1200D Ripstop polyester. 3000mm/3000mvp. Waterproof shell.
