Water, Proprietary Blend Botanical Essential Oils.
Instructions
Use daily or as needed by thoroughly covering the entire body a fine coat of Finally Something That Works. As long as botanical essential oils are still left on the top level, just keep adding more water. Typically this will make a gallon or more!

Sadly this spray has not been effective on flies. I spray it on, see the flies fly off but come right back. I can even spray it directly on a fly and the fly doesn't even move--doesn't faze them. That said, I can say that it has been really great at conditioning my mule's coat. She looks great!
