Directions for Use

Legs: To relieve aches, discomfort, and swelling, rub ReliefGel thoroughly onto the legs three times daily. Excellent for pre-workouts and post-workouts. May be applied under wraps during trailering to reduce swelling and stocking-up.
Back & Body: To relieve sore, stiff muscles and to relieve swelling, rub thoroughly into the affected area three times daily. Apply to stiff joints to relieve stiffness, discomfort and increase range of motion.
