The heavy duty Lockable Cane Bolts are made with 5/8” dia. rod and available in 3 different lengths. Its single-piece, slide bolt design makes it an excellent option for heavier gate installations as it can be easily through bolted for greater durability. Cane Bolts are also supplied with a padlock-able bracket so you can lock your gates, if desired.
- Intended to secure double gate and door applications.
- Bolts are 5/8” dia. rod.
- Available in 12”, 15” and 24” lengths.
- Sold individually.
- Manufactured from steel.
- Color matched fasteners included.
- Can be locked with the addition of a padlock (not included).
Installation Specs
- 12” model has a 4” drop, 15” model has a 6” drop and the 24” model has a 10” drop.
- Includes a separate locking retainer which allows for easy left or right handed installation.
- Optional escutcheon plate available for horizontal latch use or door jamb applications.
- Optional Latch Keeper available if you would like to use this as a horizontal latch.
