This order was HARD AS A ROCK which tells me the bones were baked too long or were old. Have purchased them before and they were easy they break in half.

Hello, there is an expiration date printed on the front of the packaging, just to the left of the logo. The packaging may have been punctured and the product went stale; have you checked more than one dog treat?

Yes…..they are all the same.. the expiration date is 10/22/22. I would appreciate your passing my complaint along to the company. If the product is hard as a rock but the expiration date is good…then the problem is in the manufacturing of the product or…..the product sits around for too long before being packaged. There is definitely something wrong if I can break the dog treat sometimes and then need a sledge hammer for another order.
