The harness has an adjustable hook and loop fastener that makes it easy to put on, pull off, and adjust. Wear the harness loosely so it only tightens when you ‘lose your posture’ and thus triggering and encouraging you to stretch. Wear Posture Reminder 1-3 hours at a time during play, while training, in your home, or at work. Recommended Size correlates to your shirt size.
