Free Standard Shipping on Orders $99+

No code is required, and the savings will be applied automatically to your shopping cart when the merchandise subtotal reaches $99. To automatically qualify for free shipping, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the contiguous US Orders shipping outside of the contiguous US are not eligible for free shipping.

Important Note: Due to the weight and/or size of certain items we sell, we may require additional shipping charges, which will still apply on orders with merchandise totaling $99 or more.

Some orders may require a signature for delivery.


Flat Rate Standard Shipping

For orders under $99, you'll still only pay $8.00 for standard shipping to any address in the contiguous US

Due to size and/or weight, certain items have an additional shipping charge.

Orders over $500 may require a signature for delivery.


New England Next Day Shipping

We offer next-day FedEx Ground service for orders shipping within a 200-mile radius of our Swanzey, New Hampshire location. Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm to ship same-day. Delivery is available Monday-Saturday. New England next day shipping is available for a flat rate of $11.99 for orders under $99, or for $2.99 ​​for orders over $99.

Due to size and/or weight, certain items have an additional shipping charge.

2-Day and Overnight Shipping

Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm to ship same-day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1pm ET will ship the following business day.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping fees. To calculate shipping on an order to Alaska or Hawaii, begin the checkout process and enter your shipping address. The shipping fee will be automatically applied to your order.


Additional Shipping Charges

Some of our items are heavy or oversized and may require additional shipping charges. This allows us to offer products at the same retail price in our store and on our website. If an item does need an additional shipping charge, it will be displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart.

Estimated Arrival Times

Please note that the map below is based off of estimated ground shipping times and is not a guaranteed delivery schedule. Packages are shipped same-day if ordered by 1:00 pm ET on business days from our Swanzey, New Hampshire location via FedEx and United States Postal Services (USPS). Due to increased demand placed on shipping companies during the winter holiday season, some shipments may experience a longer transit time.

In the event that we do not have an item readily available to ship out at the time of the order, we will do our best to obtain the item from the vendor. Once the back ordered item comes into stock we will ship it out using standard shipping, free of any additional shipping charges.


PO Box Addresses

We are only able to send USPS shipments to PO box addresses, any overweight or oversized item must be sent to a physical location.


In-Store Pickup

We offer quick and free in-store pickup at our Swanzey, New Hampshire location. Shop when it's convenient for you, and at the online checkout, select “in-store pickup” as your preferred shipping method. We'll pull your order, process your payment, and all you have to do is come pick it up! When you come, please bring your pickup notification email.

In-store pickup orders placed before 3:00 pm will be ready for pickup three hours after your online order is placed. They will be held for seven calendar days. Orders that are unclaimed at that time will be cancelled.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is also available as an option for online or phone orders. 

  • Place your order online with in-store pickup as your shipping method.
  • If you prefer instead, you can call us (877-358-3001) to place an order. Please provide an estimated pickup time, credit card number, and email address.
  • We will pick and pack your order for you!
  • We will email to notify you when your order is ready.
  • Park in one of our curbside pickup parking spaces or pull into our drive-through warehouse and give us a call (877-358-3001) to let us know you've arrived.


Local Delivery

Delivery is available for our local customers for grain, hay, and shavings. We offer free feed delivery for 10 or more bags at regular price within Cheshire County, New Hampshire. Full pallet delivery is free within 30 miles of The Cheshire Horse in Swanzey, NH. Deliveries over 30 miles away will be charged $2.00 per loaded mile.

For delivery of shavings and/or hay within Cheshire County, there is a delivery fee of $25.00. Please note that there is a 10 bag/bale minimum. Deliveries outside of Cheshire County will be charged $2.00 per loaded mile. For larger orders, please contact us for a quote.
