We always process and ship your items as quickly as possible - usually within one business day for in-stock items.

Can I get my order expedited?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping at checkout for domestic orders.
If an item is not in stock, how long will it take for it to arrive?
If this is the case with your order, you will receive a back order notice within 24 hours of placing your order. We will ship you the rest of your order as normal and will not charge your card for the back-ordered items. You will only be charged shipping once. Your back order will ship out as soon as it arrives in stock.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. You can reach us at 877-358-3001 Monday-Thursday 8:30-6:00, Friday 8:30-6:00, Saturday 9:00-4:00, and Sunday 10:00-4:00.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for online?
We welcome special orders! Please call us at 877-358-3001 to place a special order. Please note that special orders are non-refundable and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fees.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards or debit cards. We also now accept Apple Pay and PayPal online.
What's your return policy?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like-new condition, with original tags and packaging. Visit our returns page to start a return.
Can I return my online purchase in your store?
What if the items in the order arrive damaged or incorrect?
If anything is damaged or incorrect in your order, please save the box and all the packing material as well as the item. Contact us as soon as possible at 877-358-3001. We'll take care of you!
