Tighten up your cinch and head out on your ride with a saddle that is secure and properly positioned. The right cinch, or Western-style girth, will steady your saddle while keeping your horse comfortable.

We carry a number of Western cinches in a myriad of sizes, styles, and colors from your favorite equestrian tack brands including Professional's Choice, Total Saddle Fit, and Weaver Leather. These cinches are appropriate for a number of Western disciplines, including Western pleasure, reining, roping, trail riding, pleasure riding, horsemanship, cutting, working cow horse, gymkhana riding, and ranch riding. Cinches with roller buckles are extremely popular, because they are easy to adjust and tighten.

Many equestrians prefer neoprene-lined cinches for trail riding and schooling. Neoprene cinches are extremely durable and easy to clean; simply hose off the horse sweat, hair, and mud after your ride. We also carry cinches made from technical materials which are breathable and direct heat away from your horse's skin, which maximizes air circulation and keeps your horse cool and comfortable.

If your horse is prone to girth galls and chafing, look for a cinch with padding to protect against irritation. Sometimes mohair cinches are the best cinch for horses with sensitive skin. Fleece-lined cinches and felt-lined cinches also have simple care instructions; when they're dirty you can machine wash many of them for ultimate convenience.

Improve your horse's range of movement with an anatomically designed cinch. These cinches feature cutaways near your horse's elbows so that they can use their shoulders more freely. These shaped cinches, such as the Total Saddle Fit Shoulder Relief Cinch, also help prevent chafing because they do not contact the delicate skin on your horse's elbows.

With a wide range of cinch lengths, our inventory includes draft horse cinches and miniature horse cinches in addition to more traditionally sized horse and pony cinches.

When properly tightened, cinches keep your well-fitting saddle balanced and centered over the course of your ride. If you have questions regarding the variety of cinches that we have in stock or would like assistance choosing the best cinch for your horse, we encourage you to speak with a member of our friendly and highly-trained sales staff who have years of experience in the barn and in the saddle.
