Directions
- Position collar around the horse’s neck, close to the head.
- Adjust the collar length and secure it both two-piece plastic screw-clips. Do not overtighten.
- Trim excess collar length.
Tip: save the excess collar length to hang near horse in the stall.

It seems to be working. My horses are much less bothered by flies. The run-in shelter smells lovely and is devoid of flies when they are both hanging out inside. I wish I found out about these earlier in the season. I find it hard to clip the stays. But, they easily break away and also re-attach, so the stays are worth dealing with. Mostly the horses keep them on. They don't seem to be itching their manes on the trees as much as they were before they had them. My horse destroys fly masks and sheets, and hates being sprayed with repellant, so these horse collars will be her fly shields from now on. Next spring I am buying these first thing!
