Each ounce contains 5000 mg glucosamine HCl, 3475 mg hesperidin, 1775 mg MSM, 1000 mg creatine, 50 mg hyaluronic acid, plus vitamins and yucca. Feed 1 ounce daily for 14 days, then 1/2 ounce daily for maintenance. Powder.

Directions for use
