Also used as a calming tool by helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. Quick Dry (Hygroscopic) technology aids in regulation of body temperature and is breathable with moisture-wicking qualities. Each magnet is enclosed in a soft cushion for enhanced comfort.

Directions for Use
- Benefab recommends an introduction period of 1-2 hours per day for the first week.
- Slowly increase wear time up to 12 hours per day (or as needed).
