I have many Bullhide hats. Like most "handmade" hats, the size does vary a bit. I've had mediums that were snug and some were Giant! In general, I think they run a little small on average. My head officially measures a small, but I usually need a medium with Bullhide hats. Anyway, always excellent quality and style. This one is very sharp and the picture is a reasonably accurate depiction of the color, shape, etc. While some are soft, pliable straw, this one is fairly stiff and holds it's shape well.
