Larch arabinogalactan has been shown to improve the immune system and overall defense against pathogens in humans and animals. This substance is produced from larch trees and was originally observed by native cultures centuries ago who saw that ill or infected animals would lick the bark of trees. Multiple scientific studies of larch arabinogalactan show it positively influences natural killer cells (NK cells), macrophage activities, and pro-inflammatory cytokine production, which leads to resistance against infections.
Larch arabinogalactan can be taken as a regular immune-boosting supplement, or given over a period of time to help improve a wound or illness. The powder can be easily mixed with liquid or food. It has a mild taste and is generally palatable when given to horses, dogs, or cats.

Suggested Use
Larch powder is made from the bark of larch trees. It is a super nutraceutical that works best when ingested multiple times a day. Larch powder may improve mobility, as it is a natural anti-inflammatory. It is a wonderful source of fiber and prebiotics. Most importantly, larch powder is a modulator and supports the immune system on a cellular level.
Recommendations
Mix the appropriate amount of larch powder with a small amount of water, stir vigorously, then mix with food.
Horses/Livestock: One tablespoon per 500lbs, twice daily, mixed with feed pellets.
Dogs: One teaspoon per 20lbs of body weight, twice daily, mixed with food.
Cats: One half teaspoon once/twice daily, mixed well in cat food.

I have been giving this to my 13 year old Border Collie as my vet had suggested it when she had a hematoma. She has gone from acting like an old dog to looking, feeling and acting like a much younger dog. She comes with me to feed our livestock, goes on walks again and has a good appetite, which she didn't have before. I truly believe this has extended her life by a few years.

I don't much care for the product, larch powder, which is not very palatable & I've stopped feeding it. It was very expensive, although well-packaged It's marked "food grade," but it doesn't appear to be a professional label, so I don't know whether to believe it or not.

I used immune one powder for years and was very disappointed when they were no more. My amazing Vet told me that Cheshire was now selling this product and it was even better than Immune One, and this did not disappoint ????. The staff made ordering this product easy and they were very responsive. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that this comes in a gallon zip lock bag and I needed to transfer the powder into another container. I will be purchasing this again and recommending it to others.
