I've only used this for a short while, but it does seem to already be keeping the dampness out of my horses hooves. It has done better so far than anything else I have tried.

In Germany, this is a winter hoof dressing, but down in the south, where we turn it out at night and the dew on the grass gets very heavy, this dressing is invaluable for correcting the poor quality of hoof that results. My farrier will not allow to use any other dressing. It takes a couple of months to show good results, but every horse we have used it on does improve.
