Never lose a mitten with these thumb-less 100% wool baby mittens on a string. Babies have very sensitive skin and need to feel warm and secure. Engel creates clothing to suit a baby’s needs. All materials are super soft. The clothes are designed to fit securely while allowing complete freedom of movement and they easily slip on and off so babies are comfortable during changes. The Merino sheep that produce Engel wool live in their natural environment, which is organically farmed. They live a healthy and stress-free life. The usage of pesticides is forbidden both on pastures and on animals, so there is no residue in the fiber. Wool fiber acts in much the same way as skin. Wool possesses excellent warmth retention and is naturally breathable. It also regulates moisture. It can absorb up to one third of its own weight of moisture and, depending on external conditions, can wick it away.

The red color is beautiful! They fit my 10 month old hands perfectly. Took off one star only because they are a little more thin than I was expecting, but overall I am very pleased.
