Wool inserts are recommended to keep the breast warm during breastfeeding. The heat relieves soreness and can prevent you from getting mastitis and clogged milk ducts. The wool insert is made of 100% merino wool and is superwash treated. Wash at 60 OC to avoid the unraveling of bacteria and fungi. Janu's soft woolen bra inserts have several uses. Many people use wool inserts in their bras during sports and activities in cold weather to protect the chest from the cold and wind.
