The Janus Lightwool Baby Bonnet is made in a cool and light quality 100% wool, Janus Lightwool. The hat is best suited for spring, summer, and early fall. During the cold season, Janus recommends thicker hats for the smallest ones, such as balaclava models. Lightwool is the lightest and thinnest Janus wool fabric. Lightwool is knitted in a light and cool single thickness, which creates a smooth, soft, and durable surface. This quality is a first choice for many when the weather gets warmer. Lightwool has also been tested for UV protection with good results. Janus uses merino wool for underwear. It is soft, healthy for the skin, naturally wicking, and itch-free. The garments are machine washable with liquid wool detergent.
