The curved design of the JP bit mouthpiece reduces tongue pinching and direct pressure on the tongue for a more comfortable fit. It also aids in stopping the bit from hitting the roof of the mouth and encourages relaxation and salivation.
- Provides the rider with varying levels of leverage and poll pressure depending on the needs of the horse with the lower ring providing the most leverage
- Can be used with a single rein, two reins, or with pelham roundings
- The single joint applies a nutcracker action which applies pressure to the tongue, the bars of the mouth, and the horse's palate
