The Korsteel Mullen Mouth Eggbutt bit is an excellent choice for horses who are soft in the mouth and prefer a quiet bit. The eggbut cheek keeps the bit steady in the horse's mouth while providing a very small amount of pressure at the corners of the mouth to aid in turning. The mullen mouthpiece applies pressure mainly to the tongue and lips with a small amount of contact on the bars of the mouth. This is a good mouthpiece for horses who like constant pressure and contact or who are bothered by excessive movement of the bit.

- The mouthpiece is approximately 14mm
- Eggbutt rings measure 3.5" tall
- Excellent choice for soft-mouthed horses who prefer a quiet, steady contact
- May not be a good choice for horses who lean or pull on the bit
- May be uncomfortable for horses who have a large tongue or prefer more movement in the bit
