The Arika Shower-Tek Fly Blanket is an innovative hybrid blanket ideal for unpredictable weather conditions. A durable waterproof topline section helps to protect the back by preventing rain scald and UV sun bleaching. A lightweight micro mesh provides a barrier against flies and bugs and promotes airflow. The extended shaped belly flap maximises coverage and features a three-strap closure with detachable central strap that helps to self-right the blanket. The design registered angled front fastening system distributes pressure to prevent rubbing on the point of shoulder and across the chest. A two-part patented lower skirt system provides a break in the hemline and relieves tension allowing for a greater range of movement.

We recommend using a soft tape measure. From the centre of the horse's chest, run the tape horizontally across the point of shoulder and continue to the furthest point of the hind quarters

There is a great deal of importance in ensuring the correct rug size is selected for your horse. A well fitted rug will self-right, prevent rubbing and slippage which can cause discomfort. As horses come in all shapes and sizes, it is important to consider the conformation when selecting rug size.
