Do you have a horse that gulps down their hay rations? The Shires Greedy Feeder Hay Net rapidly decreases your horse's rate of consumption for better digestion and extended stable activity. The very small holes let hay out slowly and ensure that the horse has to work harder to eat their hay -- it also greatly reduces the amount of wastage. Holes are 1".
These hay bags are popular among our customers for a wide variety of horses. They can be used for horses for Cushing's, Insulin Resistance, or Ulcers. They are also very effective for horses that crib, keeping them occupied and mentally stimulated longer than a typical flake of hay will. The Shires Greedy Feeder Hay Net also works well for overweight horses or obese horses to make their smaller forage rations last much longer.
