The Speedrite Remote Control Fault Finder is three tools in one! The remote control/fault finder can be used to switch the fence on or off anywhere along the fence line, it is also adept at finding faults in the fenceline, locating fence problems, and checking fence voltages.
The remote control/fault finder features an on/off switch for energizer control and a large backlit display, which showcases bold electrical current direction arrows. The display provides you with a simultaneous voltage and current reading. Convenient carry clip for belt attachment. Uses a replaceable 9V battery.
Have multiple chargers on the property? This remote has 15 different channels to avoid interference.
Use only with a remote-ready fence energizer.

It works as expected. It shows the line voltage and the amount and direction of current flow for fault finding. You can also turn on and off your compatible Stafix/Speedrite fence energizer remotely. Set the code on the remote and energizer. Then while you are miles away working on the fence, you can turn the energizer on and off remotely to test repairs.
