Original Tanners Brand Leather Oil is a light, all-purpose oil that has been shown to soften, restore, and beautify leather. Our customers love this oil for their saddles, bridles, halters, harnesses, and so much more! Due to a specialized blend of oil, it penetrates deep into the leather, which softens new leather and restores the original luster of older leather. Original Tanners Brand Leather Oil protects the leather from harmful mold and mildew while safeguarding against moisture. Unlike some other oils on the market, it soaks into the leather rapidly and does not leave a residue. It is safe to use on most tack products and will not harm the stitching. If using on light oil leather, be sure to use it in an inconspicuous spot first to make sure that it does not modify the color of the leather. Not for use on suede.

This is the absolute best oil for leather. I've been using it for 30 years and have tried other products, but none can compare. It's not always easy to find anymore, so I'm grateful that Cheshire Horse keeps it in stock, and at a good price too!

I have used this oil for over 40 years but have a hard time finding it nowadays. Ordered it but it came with the top not screwed on tightly and half of the oil had leaked out all over the box and anything else it came in contact with. I called and was told that a replacement would be sent but as of 12/11 I have not received any info in the replacement.
