A long strip of beef backstrap muscle, with a length of beef gullet wrapped around. The length can vary from 9" - 12". Both components are extremely palatable for dogs, so even picky pups won't be able to resist this chew! Some dogs will eat the gullet first, followed by the backstrap, while others will chew through the whole thing at once. This is a BIG chew, so it's recommended for dogs 30+ lbs.
