Our Chest formula helps support normal respiratory function and health. Warms the lungs, calms the spirit
and harmonizes the stomach. Helps clear and expand the chest for easy breathing. Promotes
healthy urination and resolves dampness in the lungs.

• Citrus Peel – High levels of vitamin C and antioxidants. Can reduce the risk of cancer and reduce inflammation. Relieves chest congestion and dissolves phlegm.
• Pinellia Rhizome – Main functions are to dry dampness and transform the phlegm and stop vomiting.
• Poria Sclerotium Fungus – Strengthens the spleen and stomach, tranquilizes the heart and soothes the nervous. Known to reduce anxiety and inflammation, improves kidney function and lowers serum cholesterol.
• Trichosanthes Fruit – Supports lung & heart conditions that have phlegm and dryness. Reduces toxins manifested by the sores and inflammation and can relieve mild constipation.
• Chinese Fritillaria – Clears heat, transforms phlegm, stops many types of coughs. Promotes a stronger immunity.
• Honey Baked Licorice Root – Replenishes energy, helps increase circulation as well as releasing damaged tissues and soothes inflammation.
• Fresh Ginger Rhizome – Helps nausea, increases serotonin and dopamine levels. Can reduce inflammation, can ease stomach pains. Treats motion sickness and reduces gas and bloating.
