This ULTRA-PLUS Training prong collar is our classic version, perfect for professional dog training. Constructed from Herm Sprenger's most hypoallergenic metal, Curogan, this collar is a great choice for dog's that commonly suffer from skin allergies or fur staining. Though it is our most hypoallergenic, it is not 100% guaranteed to prevent fur staining due to every dog having different levels of sensitivity.
The base neck size for each wire gauge is as follows:
- 2.25mm -> fits up to a 13" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 40 lbs
- 3.2mm -> fits up to a 19" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 88 lbs
- 4mm -> fits up to a 21" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 154 lbs
- If your dog exceeds the starting length capacity of your suggested wire gauge size, you will need to purchase additional middle links
