With the Caldera Stifle Wrap you can provide hot or cold therapy at home for your dog while still allowing mobility. The innovative custom sized gel packs furnish soothing temperature relief to targeted areas and help minimize swelling, inflammation, and pain. Also, Caldera Pet Therapy Wraps contribute to decreased post-op recovery time, faster soft tissue renewal, improved joint rehabilitation, and ultimately a happier, healthier pet. Caldera's patent pending Pet Therapy line is customized and patented for canine anatomy. They’ve modified the gel formula in their pet line for prolonged effectiveness. All Caldera reusable Pet Therapy Gel is Made in the USA and can be applied either hot or cold. Pet Therapy Gel is latex free, non-toxic, non-hazardous, microwave and freezer safe and remains pliable when frozen. Heating and freezing instructions are on each gel pack.
The Pet Therapy Stifle Wrap is designed for right and left legs.
Includes:
One Stifle Therapy Wrap, one Back Boomerang strap, one Anchor strap, and one Stifle Pet Therapy Gel pack.
Medium size has both short and tall length.
Small size can be used as either Stifle or Tarsal Wrap.
Stifle Pet Therapy Wrap Instructions from Caldera International
Instructions
1. Attach the front two sort Boomerang Velcro® straps around dog collar.
2. Connect together back Boomerang and Anchor strap quick release buckles. Fasten Anchor around the opposite leg being treated.
3. For treated leg, attach Boomerang strap quick release buckle into Pet Therapy Wrap outside buckle. Fasten the Pet Therapy Wrap around the stifle joint. Adjust and pull all straps for secure fit.
Note: Adjust wrap for skintight fit on treated leg to help ensure benefits of hot/cold therapy.
Small: Fits most standard small dogs such as: Chihuahua, Dachshund, Jack Russell Terrier, King Charles Cavalier, Maltese, Miniature Poodle, Miniature Schnauzer, Papillon, Pug, Rat Terrier & Yorkshire Terrier
Medium: Fits most standard medium dogs such as: Australian Cattle Dog, Australian Shepard, Basset Hound, Beagle, Border Collie, Boxer, Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, German Shepherds (small), German Shorthair Pointer, Golden Retriever (small), Hound & Standard Poodle
Large:Fits most standard large dogs such as: Akita, Anatolian Shepherd, Bernese Mountain Dog, Bouvier de Flandres, Doberman, Greyhound, Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepard, Rhodesian Ridgeback & Rottweiler
