The Throw Over Gate Loop is a simple and effective way to latch two gates together. Primarily used on double rail gate or driveway gate installations paired with Double Strap Hinges, this latch operates by flipping over to the secondary gate and bracing it to the first gate.

- Intended for use on wood/vinyl and cellular PVC applications.

- Manufactured from forged steel.

- Can be easily locked with a padlock or clip (not included).
Installation Specs
- Ideally used in conjunction with a cane bolt for latching double gate sets in the middle. The cane bolt would be used to pin the first gate to the ground and the Throw Over Gate Loop will then latch the second gate to the first.
- Typically used on rail gates and driveway gates that are roughly 48” tall. Because it needs to be pulled up to unlatch it – it not ideal for privacy type gates that are greater than 48” tall.
- Available in 2 different sizes to match the Double Strap Hinges, depending on the thickness of gate you’re working with. The 3” size fits gates 2-3/4” to 3-1/8” thick and the 3-1/2” size fits gates 3-1/4” to 3-5/8” thick.
